Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a $50 cancellation fee, except in emergencies - If you’re unwell, please reschedule. I work closely with expectant and new mothers and prioritise health safety. - Arrival windows are estimated, and I’ll keep you updated if delayed due to traffic or prior bookings - Payment is due at end of service unless otherwise agreed - Smudging, rituals, or product use is always optional. Your preference and beliefs are respected at all times.
