Service Scope
Nest & Nurture offers one-time in-depth deep cleaning and home support services specifically for expectant and new mothers.
Ongoing and regular cleans are not available.
Bookings and Payment

Services are by appointment only and subject to availability.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

Gift voucher bookings must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes must be made with at least 24 hours notice

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 fee, unless due to illness or emergency.

No-shows may result in a non-refundable charge and forfeiture of rebooking.
Health & Safety

Clients must notify of any health conditions, strong aversions (especially scent-related), or allergies

If you are unwell, please reschedule - I work in delicate postpartum environments and want to keep everyone safe.

I reserve the right to reschedule due to illness or emergencies on my end too - life with little can be unpredictable!
Respecting beliefs & Boundaries

Smudging, affirmations, and rituals are completely optional

I respect all cultural, religious, and spiritual beliefs - if you prefer any particular practices be omitted or adapted, please let me know.
Add-on Services

Add-ons (e.g. fridge tidy, laundry, pantry tidy) must be pre-arranged and may increase session time and cost.

If something is not listed in my offerings, please reach out first to see if it;s within my scop and can be discussed further during our pre-clean walkthrough.
